Corrective Exercise Program
Corrective exercise rehabilitation addresses:
- Chronic back, neck, shoulder, knee, or hip pain
- Postural and muscular imbalances
- Work, home or sport injuries that never seem to go away
- Post-rehabilitation, post-surgery
If you are one of the 90% of adults who are currently suffering, then corrective conditioning could well be the solution you’ve been looking for. We work with referring doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractor, surgeon, trainers, massage therapists etc. to get you out of injury and back to optimal health and performance.
Each client receives a personalized exercise program that incorporates traditional exercise with mind-body exercises. What separates Prescriptive Fitness Training Studio is the series of detailed assessments used to identify core and autonomic nervous system dysfunctions. This method allows us to accurately assess the most complex clients and provide them with scientifically sound exercise programs specific to their needs.
We are one of the select few in the personal training industry to operate a cross referral between us and some of the best sports-medicinally trained rehab professionals. It is through accomplishment in successfully continuing the rehab process with longer-term care with many of our clients. They have placed their trust in us through all the necessary stages in the application of corrective exercise. Our goal is not to build huge muscles that don’t work functionally and efficiently. We are there to improve your strength, coordination, mobility, agility, balance, endurance or power in accordance with the lifestyle and goals you desire.
Our correct exercises ensure that the physical therapy training program will be rewarded with positive and not adverse results. With incorrect exercise prescription and performance, we become prone to injury and pain. We will always train you correctly through your weakest links.
